项目摘要

本研究では、地域共生育児支援プログラムの開発と検証を目的とする。本年は、COVID-19感染拡大により研究計画の修正を一部行った。同一地域内でのプログラム展開を実施し、その効果を検証する。昨年度実施した結果より、研究実施地域においては、レジリエンス7因子のうち、[専門職の活用][子どもと家族の生活の安定]が共通課題であったため、「支援者間のコーディネート機能の不足」「サポート資源の欠如」「相談体制の不足」について、各事例の支援者とも連携し、地域ごとに解決策を検討し取り組む内容で構成した。①[地域サポータプログラム]　今年度も地域課題の中で[就園・就学]に焦点を当てて、困難事例の検討、Good Practiceの共有、支援者間の情報交流ネットワークづくりを目的に2回の交流会を開催しプログラムの検証を行った。のべ参加者42名（医療関係23名、教育関係7名、福祉関係5名、その他7名）で、参加への満足度（5段階評価）で1回目4.6±0.6、2回目4.8±0.5等の成果を得た。支援プログラムモデル試案を策定し、次年度展開を実施する。②家族プログラム：5事例の家族の就園・就学支援を行った。また、当事者との勉強会「医療的ケア児支援法を理解しようIN新潟」を開催し、全国から180名の参加があった。家族ニーズから、調査の項目を選定し評価のためのアンケート試案を策定した。次年度、調査開始する予定であり、今後、プログラム介入による家族のレジリエンスの7因子、[子どもに対する理解と気づき][子ども自身からのエンパワメント][専門職の活用][子ども以外の興味関心][感情調整][子どもと家族の生活の安定][援助要請]への効果を検証していく。
