従来、親子入園において母子への集中的な支援が行われてきたが、母親・父親間で養育に対する態度や目標に食い違いが生じて、父親が養育からも家庭からも離れてしまうことがある。児への発達支援、親へのケア指導に加えて、母親・父親の両者が障害児の養育に向けて互いの状況を共有し協働していけるよう、共同育児支援が必要である。そこで、本研究では、母親と父親の共同育児の実態を明らかにし、母親と父親が協働するための方略を体系化し、簡便な共同育児支援ツールを開発し、このツールを用いて親子入園利用者に共同育児支援を実践し、その効果を評価することを目的とする。本年度は、親子入園のスタッフに面接をする予定であったが、covid-19の影響でスタッフが多忙を極めており、また親子入園の病棟が閉鎖あるいは業務縮小となっていることから面接を行えなかった。一方で、共同育児にかかわる先行文献のレビューを行い、母親・父親それぞれの育児機能とその協働パターンの体系化を図った。母親は、児への直接的養護、学校やその他社会資源との連絡調整を主導的に担っていた。父親は、児への直接的養護を母親と共に行いつつ、母親と協働して学校や社会資源との連絡調整を行っていた。協働パターンとしては、母親主導が大半を占めたが、母親と父親とで対等な力関係で明確に役割分担をしているケース、まれではあるが、育児については父親が直接的養護を担い、母親が全体をコントロールしているケースもあった。今後は、親子入園スタッフや家族への面接実施を行っていく予定である。
