项目摘要

当該年度は，当初立案した研究計画に沿って対面式の測定を伴うベースライン調査，および令和3年10月から令和4年1月の間に実施した質問票調査の対象者に対する1年目の追跡調査を実施した．ベースライン調査に関しては，1,932名を対象候補者とし，ほぼ当初研究計画通りの調査項目を用いて実施した．結果的に令和4年4月末から令和5年1月末の約9か月間で実施した町内21行政区における全61回の測定会を通して，1,902名の調査対象者のうち790名から応答を得た（応答率：41.5%）．このベースライン調査によって得られたデータに関しては，調査終了後速やかにデータセット構築のための作業を開始し，現在進行中である．また，追跡調査に関しては，質問票調査の応答者1,321名に対して令和4年8月から9月の間に実施し，その後速やかにデータセット構築のための作業を開始し，現在進行中である．令和4年度内の研究成果化に関しては，8編の原著論文の発表および12回の学会発表を実施した．学会発表のうち2回（演題「三軸加速度センサーを用いて測定した地域在住前期高齢者の歩行能力指標と認知機能の関連」および「血管容積弾性率と二次微分脈波に基づく末梢血管の硬さにおける年齢や血圧の関係について」）については，前述のベースライン調査で取得した一部のデータを用いて令和5年3月に実施した．このうち後者については，2022年度日本生体医工学会九州支部学術講演会において研究奨励賞を受賞した．

During the year, the original research plan was filed and the survey was conducted along the corresponding area. The survey was conducted between October 2003 and January 2004. 1,932 candidate candidates were selected for the survey, which was carried out in accordance with the original research plan. As a result, 790 respondents (response rate: 41.5%) from 1,902 respondents were interviewed during the 61-session survey in 21 districts between the end of April 2004 and the end of January 2005. The investigation has been completed and the construction of the project has begun.
