项目摘要

本研究では，研究の目的を達するために，2021年度において，(1)証（病名）の症状と五臓六腑の状態との関係に基づいた五臓六腑の健康状態の評価法を開発すること，(2) 望診の1つである舌診による五臓六腑状態の判定法を開発すること，(3)東洋医学の諸要素を取り入れた人体モデルを構築すること，を実施した．（1）については，東洋医学における症状と五臓六腑との関連データベースを構築し，臨床で気血水の評価によく用いられている寺澤スコアを取り入れて，五臓六腑の虚証・実証を評価するための基準を定めた．このように定めた評価基準に基づいて，五臓六腑の状態を評価する手法を提案した．（2）については，人工知能でよく用いられるMask R-CNNを用いて，舌の自動認識および臓腑の健康状態を判定することはこれまで行ってきた．臓腑の健康状態を判定する精度を高めるために，ResNet50，ResNet101およびLeNetといった複数の画像認識モデルを用いて，舌の各部位に対する画像分類の効果を調べ，これらのネットワークによる臓腑の健康状態判定の精度比較やMask R-CNNの結果との比較を行い，舌診における各モデルの有用性を評価した．（3）については，五臓六腑と経脈・経穴を含んだ人体モデルはこれまで提案してきたが，東洋医学において人体の構成要素とされている気・血・津液などは，まだ取り入れていない．そこで，気・血・津液のモデルを構築し，それをこれまでの人体モデルに加えた新しい人体モデルを提案した．また，鍼灸治療法に基づきCPN Tools を用いてシミュレーションを行い，その結果を提示し，本提案モデルの妥当性について考察した．以上の研究に必要なデータについては，専門の著書や論文の調査等で収集した．また，研究で得られた成果を取りまとめて国内の研究会，国際会議および学会論文誌で発表した．

(3) In medicine, the constituent elements of the human body are extracted from the blood and body fluid. The blood and body fluids of the human body are constructed in such a way that the human body can be improved and the human body can be improved. In addition, CPN Tools for acupuncture therapy are used to investigate the appropriateness of acupuncture therapy. The above research is necessary for the research of books and papers. The achievements of the research are presented in the papers of the domestic research conferences, international conferences and societies.
