项目摘要

本年度の研究成果は（1）海外における文献集・意見交換・インタビュー、（2）去年までの研究成果の発表、（3）今年度の研究成果の発表準備、に分けられる。（1）一昨年度よりコロナ禍で延期していたイランでの文献調査を今年度に行った。イラン渡航ではシーア派研究において重要な文献を多く入手でき、本研究に直接的に関係するような研究書も入手することができた。（2）去年までに11世紀までのイマーム派学者たちの神学的・法学的観点での自他認識を明らかにすることができた。イマーム派の他派認識の研究として、同派のシーア派系諸派に対しての見解も分析してきたが、それに加えてシーア派諸派それぞれ（イスマーイール派とザイド派）の学者たちの主張とイマーム派の思想を「ハディース」という宗教的伝承をもとに分析した。その結果、イマーム派はイスマーイール派という宗派と多くの教説を共有する一方で、ザイド派とは大きく異なる思想を持っていたことがわかった。この成果は日本宗教学会で研究発表した。（3）本年度は現代までのイマーム派学者たちの神学書・法学書を分析し、同派の通史的な自他認識を明らかにすることであった。本年度はとりわけ合理主義の文献を読み込んだ。その結果、現代のイマーム派の自他認識は11世紀の議論の延長線上にあり、西洋との対峙といった現代的問題を除けばその内容もおおむね継承されていることがわかった。これらの研究成果は今年度中に発表することができなかったが、単著と共著（いずれも作品社）の形で出版予定である。単著はPDの3年間の研究成果を盛り込んだもので2023年の上半期に出せるように準備中である。
