本研究は日本独自の教育職である養護教諭の実践を歴史的アプローチによって描出するものである。子どもの健康実態を基にした養護教諭の教育実践と運動の展開を明らかにするために、今年度は1980年代における実践（性と身体の教育課程の創造）、運動（日本教職員組合・全日本教職員組合の養護教員部による活動）の2つの課題に迫った。具体的には、①論文の投稿・修正・公表、②国会図書館および全日本教職員組合、日本教育会館附設教育図書館などにおける資料調査、③退職した養護教諭に対するインタビュー調査を実施した。（1）論文の投稿：今年度は3本の研究論文を公表した。第一に日本学校保健学会に対して「戦後初期における東京都港区高輪台小学校の健康教育カリキュラムの開発」、第二に日本教育学会に対して「1960年代から70年代における養護教諭の仕事の再定義：サークル「芽の会」における『わたしたちの養護教諭論』の成立に着目して」を投稿し、修正の過程を経て研究成果を公表することができた（査読有）。加えて、本研究課題に関する先行研究のレビューを行った論文を所属研究科紀要に発表した（査読無）。（2）資料調査：コロナ禍により遠方での調査実施が困難であり都内近郊での調査を実施した。その結果、日本教職員組合や全日本教職員組合の婦人部・養護教員部の研究会資料、実践資料等を入手した。（3）インタビュー調査：日本教職員組合や全日本教職員組合において重要な役割を果たした実践者（退職した養護教諭）に対して、9件のインタビューを実施した。

This study describes the history of conservation education in Japan. The development of the education and practice movement for the basic health status of children was launched in the 1980s, and the implementation of the movement (the creation of the education curriculum for sex and body) and the movement (the activities of the Japan Faculty Association and the All Japan Faculty Association) were under pressure. Specifically,(1) submission, revision, and publication of papers,(2) data survey of the National Diet Library and the All-Japan Faculty Association, and (3) data survey of the Retirement Maintenance Instruction. (1) Paper submission: This year, three research papers were published. First, the Japanese School Health Association (JSHA),"Development of Health Education in Takuradai Elementary School in the Port Area of Tokyo in the Early Post-Japanese Era"; second, the Japanese Education Association (JEA),"Redefinition of Nursing Education in the 1960s and 1970s": The establishment of the "Germinal Conference" and the "Conservation and Education Theory" were submitted to the "Publication of Research Results in the Process of Revision"(available). In addition, advance research papers related to this research project are published in the summary of the research section to which they belong (check out none). (2) Data survey: It is difficult to carry out the survey in the suburbs of the city. We started with the results, data from the Japan Faculty Association, the Women's Department of the Japan Faculty Association, and data from the Japan Faculty Association. (3) Research: The Japanese Faculty Association and the Japanese Faculty Association have implemented nine important service requirements (retirement maintenance instructions).
