本研究課題では，就労者のリカバリー経験を規定する要因を明らかにし，仕事パフォーマンスおよびwell-beingとの関係性を検討することを目的とした。令和3年度は，これまでに収集したデータに基づいて，リカバリー経験と職場環境の関連について検討していくことに加えて，就労者のリカバリー経験がwell-beingに及ぼす影響についても検討し，研究成果を公表することに専念した。具体的には，職場環境が就労者のリカバリー経験に及ぼす影響に関して，産業・組織心理学会第36回大会にて学会発表を行った。また，就労者のリカバリー経験がwell-beingに及ぼす影響に関して，日本心理学会第85回大会にて学会発表を実施した。これらの結果をまとめると，就労者のリカバリー経験を促進することでwell-beingが高まる可能性が示唆された。リカバリー経験には，「心理的距離」「リラックス」「熟達」「コントロール」の4つの要素があるが，その中でも熟達の重要性が示された。さらに，そのリカバリー経験を促進するためには，複数の仕事や職場環境に関する要因に着目していく必要があることが示唆された。上記の学会発表のほかに，リカバリー経験の形態の1つでもある旅行経験に着目した論文執筆にも取り組み，そのうち，家族旅行の心理的効果について検討した論文については，国際的な学術誌に掲載されることが決定した。今後は，未公刊の研究の論文執筆を順次進めていき，引き続き研究成果の公表に努めていく予定である。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the main causes of social mobility and well-being and to explore the relationship between social mobility and well-being. In 2010 and 2013, the Group conducted a comprehensive study on the relationship between the workplace environment and the workplace environment, and the results of the study were published on the basis of well-being and impact of workplace environment. The four elements of "psychological distance","distance","maturity" and "maturity" are shown in the importance of maturity. In addition, a number of important factors related to the workplace environment In the past, the academic society has developed a series of research papers, such as the journal of travel, the journal of family travel, the journal of international academic journals, etc. In the future, the author of the research papers that have not been published will be promoted in turn, and the research results will be cited in the public table.
