项目摘要

本研究課題の目的は、社会経済的地位（SES）の低い人々が抱える心身の問題を軽減し、心身の健康を維持するためのアプローチである「shift-and-persist strategy (S-P)」に着目し、S-Pが低SES者の心身の健康に資するメカニズムを明らかにすることであった。初年度は(1)「低SESの人々の心理的健康に対するS-Pの影響を包括的に考察する」と(2)「S-Pの役割モデル(すなわち、両親)とその子供たちの間のS-Pの類似性」について調査した。結果として、S-Pは低SESの人々だけでなく、高SESの人々の抑うつ傾向を軽減するのにも効果的であり、高S-Pの親は高S-Pを持つ子供を育てることが示され、S-P理論の一般化可能性と再考に貢献する結果が得られた。しかし、S-Pを獲得・発展させるプロセスや介入の可能性を提案することには課題が残り、S-P理論の精緻化が必要であることが明らかとなった。そこで、2021年から2022年にかけて、S-P理論の未検討の部分である、S-Pのロールモデルと習得・発達のプロセスに着目し、縦断調査を実施した。分析結果から、安定的でポジティブなロールモデルの存在が、低SESの子どものS-Pを発達させる可能性が示唆され、親と子どものS-Pの個人間変化や個人内変化には正の相関が見られた。また、S-Pのロールモデルに該当する人物がいると答えた子どものデータを中心に探索的分析を行った結果、ロールモデルが存在する子どもほどS-Pの増加率が高く、ロールモデルのタイプによってS-Pの増加の仕方に差異があること、さらにロールモデルの存在が子どものS-Pの個人内変化にも影響を与える可能性があることが示された。以上から、安定的でポジティブなロールモデルの存在が、子どものS-Pを発達させることが示唆され、今後の介入への展開に向けて新たな知見を蓄積することができた。

The purpose of this study is to reduce psychosomatic problems and maintain psychosomatic health among people with low social status (SES). In the first year, we conducted a survey on (1)"S-P effects on mental health of low SES people, including (2)" S-P similarities between different levels of child supply." The above is the first step in the development of stable and stable technologies.
