本研究は、金融機関同士の繋がり、すなわち金融ネットワークが金融機関と金融システムの安定性にどのような影響を与えるのか、そのメカニズムを理論的に考察することを目的としている。当該年度においては、金融ネットワークの中でも特に、近年その影響が活発に議論されている持ち合いや共通株主の存在といった株主構造のネットワークに着目し、金融市場における金融機関同士の繋がりの影響をゲーム理論を用いて分析した。現状、以下の３つの分析結果を得ることができた。ネットワークの密度が高まるほど、（１）金融資産の流動性が低下する（２）資産価格と金融機関の市場価値の分散が上昇する（３）金融機関間の市場価格の共振が増大する。これらの結果は、株主構造のネットワークが金融市場の不安定性に寄与する可能性を示しており、Azar et al(2017)が議論するところの資産運用会社による金融機関へのシェアの増大がもたらす競争と経済への悪影響に関して、新しい実証的な含意を導いたことになる。また上記の理論は、金融機関同士の繋がりを考慮していない従来の資産価格理論に対する補完的な意義も持つとも考えられる。今後は、内生的なネットワーク形成を導入することにより分析を充実させる予定である。この拡張により、ネットワークを外性的に与えていた上記の分析では不可能であった、どのような性質のネットワークが金融機関の行動によって現れるのか、金融規制の強化などの政策変更がネットワークそのものの変化を通じてどのような予期せぬ帰結をもたらすのかといった、より現実的で政策的含意のある問いに答えることが可能になると考えられる。

This study aims to investigate the influence of financial institutions on the stability of financial institutions. The theory of the above note is considered by the financial institutions and their colleagues, and the significance of the theory of asset management is considered. In the future, the endogenous production process will be introduced, and the analysis will be completed. The analysis of the external nature of the financial institution is impossible, and the nature of the financial institution is impossible.
