项目摘要

本研究の目的は日本語・韓国語・中国語・独逸語を母語とする話者による英語句動詞類の第二言語習得実験研究を行い、習得難易度と中間言語などを特定し、母語の影響及び学習可能性・教育効果などを検証することである。そのために、動詞(verb)と副詞辞(adverbial particle)でなる英語句動詞の意味的・統語的特性の考察を行い、その分類と分布図を完成させる。本年度（第３年度、令和４年）は、英語、日本語、韓国語、中国語の対照研究を中心に、副詞辞の言語間の違いを中心に詳細比較・対照分析を行なった。特に、英語の動詞＋副詞辞との比較・対照分析を行った。英語前置詞と副詞辞の理論研究の目的は、意味・統語的特性(Lemmatic Properties): ±Directional, ±Physical, ±Dimension, ±Aspectualを含む包括的且つ本格的な理論研究を行っている。これらの素性をパラメーターの観点から、quasi functional category-AdvP-Parameterization仮説を様々な言語現象に照らし検証している。いわば、言語間の違いの基準となる要素として言語習得において非常に重要な役割を果たしていることを検証している。副詞辞を選択する言語（英語・デンマーク語）、統語的に動詞＋副詞辞はAgree Relation によって統率され、その構成(construction)が認可されるという言語プロセスを提案・検証している。しかし、日本語、韓国語、中国語は副詞辞を選択せず、Lemmatic Propertiesが具現化する範疇が異なる。例えば、Aspectualityは動詞＋動詞の構造で２番目の動詞がその役割を果たすが、空間的要素・時間的要素・方向性などは別の範疇に具現化されることを提案し、検証している。
