项目摘要

令和4年度は、質問票調査の結果をまとめてInternational Business Review (The 2022-2023 Journal's Impact IF is 8.047)に投稿した。審査結果に対応した再投稿のために本研究チームで計6回の打ち合わせをし、再度の審査の結果、11月に出版が決定した（現在はin press）。本研究の独創的な点は、以下の2点である。１）管理職はリテラシースキルが重要で、他方非管理職はオーラルスキルが重要であることを実証的に明らかにした点、２）この結果をmedia synchro-nicity theoryや認知神経科学のbrain-drain modelにより説明した点。さらにこれまでに収集したデータを用いて、外資系企業に勤務する日本人の定職の有無と英語力、コミュニケーション能力、専門能力について分析して、その結果をまとめ、7月にオンラインで開催されたthe 34th Annual Online Conference of the Association of Japanese Business Studies (AJBS)で発表した。この研究では、高いパフォーマンスを発揮する管理職は、英語力、コミュニケーション能力、専門能力が高いことが明らかになった。また5年以内に離職している低いパフォーマンスの管理職は、在職している低いパフォーマンスの管理職に比べて、専門能力が低いことも明らかになった。また令和5年度に実施予定の質問票調査作成のために本研究チームで計11回の打ち合わせをし、精度の高い質問票を作成した。
