项目摘要

「現代アンデス文化の世界観の研究」課題のもと、先住民教育による「Interculturalidad」と「応用人類学」の役割について、継続的に研究を進めていった。昨年度に引き続き、今年度もまだ世界的なコロナウイルスの問題のため、海外渡航に多くの制限があり、文化人類学の研究に必要不可欠なフィールドワークを進めていくことが困難であった。しかし、一部ではあるが、海外渡航が緩和され、2022年8月、2023年2月－3月とそれぞれ短期間ではあったがフィールドワークを再開することができた。フィールドワークの実施には多くの制限があったが、現地の人々の協力も得て、可能な範囲でコロナ禍での状況などを参与観察することができた。文化人類学におけるフィールドワークの重要性は、文献研究だけでは得られない、「先住民の語り」を分析することである。現地でもコロナウイルスの影響は多大なため、感染の問題だけでなく、それに伴う経済、社会の打撃も大きく、先住民社会の変化も余儀なくされている状態であった。そのような状況の中でも、アンデス文化の維持に努め、古代からのアンデスの知識や技術を使い、コロナウイルスによる問題に対処するための方法を実践、模索していることを知り得たことは貴重なことであった。まさに、現代の諸問題に対して、先住民文化の知識の応用や、その有効性の再認識に取り組んでいた。先住民教育においても「先住民文化」の再認識に努めていた。今後も、コロナウイルスの状況次第であるが、オンラインを活用する代替策も併せて、可能な範囲でフィールドワークを実施し、研究を継続していく予定である。
