项目摘要

本研究は、定量的なデータ分析および定性的な質的調査によって国際社会の経済相互依存関係を様々な観点から分析しようとするものであり、第３年度である令和４年度には、以下のような形で研究を進めた。（１）ODAのFDI促進効果経済相互依存が国際関係に与える影響の例として、政府開発援助（ODA）が援助国から被援助国への海外直接投資（FDI）を促進するのかどうか、定量的に検証を行った。ODAのFDI誘引効果の有無については未だ見解が分かれおり、特に有償金協力、無償資金協力、技術協力といった援助形態の違いによってODAが直接投資を促進する効果に違いがあるかどうかは明らかでない。そこで本研究では、1985年から2013年の被援助国52カ国を対象とし、ODAとFDIの間の因果推計を行った。このサブテーマについて、令和４年度に実施した調査・分析の成果は、まず中間的な成果として２編の論文にまとめ、うち1編は既に国際学術誌で発表済みであり、もう1編は令和５年3月31日現在査読中である。（２）人道支援機関による人権保護の成否経済相互依存が国際関係に与える影響の別の例として、本年度は、人道支援機関による各国への人権保護働きかけの成功条件を定量、定性の両面から分析した。定量分析では、国際赤十字（ICRC）の被拘禁者訪問の成功要因を、支配勢力の特徴と人道支援機関の戦略という二つの側面からロジット回帰分析で検討した。また、定性分析では、シリア北西部で活動する支援機関職員に対する聞き取り調査によって、人道支援機関による支配勢力への働きかけの実態を明らかにした。このサブテーマについて、令和４年度に実施した調査・分析の成果は、まず中間的な成果として２編の論文にまとめ、うち1編は既に国際学術誌で発表済みであり、もう1編は令和５年3月31日現在査読中である。

This study is a quantitative and qualitative survey of the interdependence of the international community. It is the third year of this study and the fourth year of this study.
