研究年度第３年目にあたる本年度は、日本の銀行エリート及び銀行業に関する資料収集を継続するとともに、データ入力及び分析をさらに進展させた。但し、コロナ禍が長引いたこと及び同僚の異動に伴って研究代表者が学部＆大学院の入試広報委員長（ホームページ委員長も兼務）という要職に想定外に就任したことにより、予定していた研究遂行上で困難な部分もあった。主に収集した資料は、各銀行の『営業報告書』、『有価証券報告書』、及び銀行エリートに関する伝記・自伝類、である。並行して、日本の銀行エリートに多大な影響を与えたA.シャンドの銀行取締役としての活動についての調査研究も進めた。今後さらに研究を進め、論文化したいと考えている。国際比較分析については、私がオーガナイザーを務める世界経済史会議（WEHC2022 @Paris）において銀行エリートに関するセッションを2022年7月に実施し、日本のプルーデンスに関連するエリートについて研究報告を行った。また、2022年5月には、日本金融学会春季大会（於、麗澤大学）で関連するセッション（Financial Elites in Prudential Issues: A Historical Perspective）の組織者及び副座長を務め、金融エリートの最近の研究動向等について、セッション趣旨説明の中で報告を行った。さらに、グラスゴー大学、ウプサラ大学、ローザンヌ大学の国際共同研究者との数度の研究打合せを経て、2022年11月、国際ジャーナル特別号（Management & Organizational History: Special Issue on Human Capital in Financial Regulation and Supervision）の筆頭編集者に就任し、金融エリート史の研究発展に貢献している。

A number of studies have been conducted by international co-researchers, in November 2022, the International Special number (Management & Organizational History: Special Issue on Human Capital in Financial Regulation and Supervision) has led to the appointment of the author, and the history of financial research exhibition.
