本年度は，この研究課題の主たるフィールドである福島県の原発避難からの帰還地域での新たな調査は，新型コロナ感染症の影響のため，まったくできなかった．一方，成田空港建設計画への反対運動の記録映画を計7本を製作した小川プロダクションの音源が，成田空港空と大地の歴史館に保存されており，それへのアクセスの許可を得ることができ，その整理を行なった．そのなかで，映画に記録されている反対派農民らの会合のデテール（とくにカットされている発言部分）を復元し，相互行為において，地域差や地域共同体がどう再構築され，それが相互行為においてどのような行為として実現するかを分析した．西阪と須永らは，元の音源を復元することにより，映画において記録されている個々の発言が，映画に含まれない先立つ発言に，明示的にもしくは暗黙裡に，さまざまな言及関係にあることを見出した．議論に参加する他者の声を自分の発言のなかに換骨奪胎しながら，自身の属する地域の特殊事情を訴える正当化の根拠としたり，あるいは，自身の異なる見解を他者の声の拡張として提示するなどの様子が観察できた．議論のなかで異質な者たちが連帯するためのメカニズムの一端をとらえることができた．黒嶋は，部落集会において，自分たちを指すときに使う言語資源を，前後における異なる言語資源の比較をとおして分析した．とくに「同盟」や「部落」などの一般名詞を特定集合体（特定部落および空港反対同盟）の呼称として（いわば提喩として）用い続けることが，その集合体への帰属性を再構築すると同時に，集合体としての責任・義務を語るための基盤になっているという見通しを得た．小宮は，部落のリーダーが部落の特定家族への支援を依頼するとき，受益・供益関係や義務・権利関係の様々な交渉をとおして，当該家族に受け入れらやすい形で（例えば，むしろ，その当該家族への依頼として）構成することを見出した．
