项目摘要

本研究は，「主体的・自立的に学習する技能や態度」を指す「自己教育力」に着目して，精神保健福祉士の資質向上支援策の構築と効果検証に取り組むものである。申請者らは，2017年度からの科研費研究（「精神保健福祉士の資質向上を促進するキャリアラダー開発と支援策の評価に関する研究」。以下，前回科研費研究）で，「精神保健福祉士のキャリアラダー」と「ワークシート」（通称：さくらセット）を開発した。このさくらセットを活用し，法人に所属する全ソーシャルワーカー（精神保健福祉士，社会福祉士）の資質向上を図る組織的な取り組みを開始した社会福祉法人がある。本研究では，この社会福祉法人の協力を得て，さくらセットの組織的導入によって生じた変化や成果，今後取り組むべき課題などを，所属レベル・個人レベルで経時的に明らかにする調査研究に取り組むことを計画した。これまでに，計3回（開始後3か月・6か月・12か月）のアンケート調査を，調査協力者の開始時期に合わせて回答を依頼し，計画通りに実施できた。2回（開始後6か月・12か月）のフォーカス・グループ・インタビュー調査は，急な業務の都合等で当日参加できなかった調査協力者には個別インタビューを行うなどして，調査実施日時点での全対象者に協力を得ることができた。全調査の終了後，2022年8月に，調査協力を得た法人での調査研究報告会をオンラインで開催した。開始後6か月までの調査結果を論文にまとめて投稿を行ったところ，2023年10月発刊の『精神保健福祉』誌への掲載が決定した。

This study aims to establish a framework for the evaluation of mental health and well-being personnel's ability to improve their learning skills and attitudes. The applicant responded to the 2017 annual research fee study ("Research related to the evaluation of development support policies for the promotion of mental health and well-being personnel"). After the completion of the full investigation, in August 2022, the investigation and research report meeting of the investigation cooperation company was launched. The results of the survey were published in October 2023, and the results were published in October 2023.
