项目摘要

本研究は、「生活支援記録法」を活用し、多職種協働の深化を実証するものである。特に、高齢者介護施設において看護職と福祉・介護職の協働に焦点をあて、生活の場における現場実践の中で自職種も含む多職種の価値を理解し、職種間コミュニケーション力を促進する効果が期待され、医療と介護のIPW（Interprofessional Work ：専門職連携実践）を促進するモデルになることを実証する研究である。そのため、特別養護老人ホームにおける看護職と福祉・介護職が、どのように当事者本人の言動に着目し、どのような価値をもってアセスメントを行っているかを具体的に明らかにする。令和４年度は、研究参加施設における多職種の協働の現状の把握、さらに研修という形式で介入を実施し調査を進めることが出来た。令和５年度も引き続き実施していく。また、令和４年度には、これまで実施した特別養護老人ホームにおける看護職と介護職の協働における研究の成果について学会発表を行い、論文作成、投稿を行った。
