项目摘要

本研究の最終的な目的は、社会環境が各種の危険要素を除去し、衛生環境を充実させる方向で進んだ一方で、弱体化する傾向にある就業前の学生らの安全衛生（健康）意識を向上させるため、「企業」「学校教育現場」「安全衛生関係の有識者」が連携する枠組みを用いて、実践的な効果検証も含めた、学生向けの安全衛生教育の手法を確立し、円滑に生活場面から就業場面への橋渡しをすることである。具体的には、学生を対象とした安全衛生教育プログラムを構築、実践していく。2022年度は、2021年度に行ったシラバス調査（国内の大学において、どのような学部でどのようなカリキュラムが課せられているのか、そのカリキュラム科目の中で安全衛生（健康）に関連する講義内容がどの程度か把握するために、全大学を対象としたシラバスの調査分析）の結果について、分析を進め、その内容を日本人間工学会にて発表した。また、教員へのヒアリングについて情報を整理し、2023年度に学会発表を予定している。COVID-19の影響を踏まえ、本研究の安全衛生教育プログラムの作成方針について、その方法やツールについても検討を重ねた。2021年度はオンライン教育が様々なリスクを減らすツールとして機能する場面が急激に増えてきたことから、オンラインを主体にハイブリッドも視野に入れた形での実施を想定していたが、2022年度に入り、教育現場でも対面主体の教育に切り替えが進み、再び、対面実施を選択肢として入れる方向で再検討を行った。本研究の着想にも関連する労働災害防止計画も、2022年度末に第14次防（2023年度からの5年間）が発表された。そこで、第13次防からの変更点についても、研究者間で確認を行った。
