项目摘要

本研究は、子どもの言語的・文化的多様性を、言語を教える教員だけではなく、全ての教員の課題として教員養成課程や教員研修に組み込んでいるドイツやスイスなどのヨーロッパにおいて、どのような教員養成や研修が実施されているのか、文献調査と海外訪問調査により検証するものである。前年度に引き続き、令和４年度も（１）資料・文献の収集整理を行い、移民を含めた子どもの多様性に対応した教育の理論的背景を探るとともに、教員養成に関する関連文献・資料の収集を行った。また、（２）前年度はコロナ禍で実施できなかった海外調査を実施した。令和４年６月にスイスのジュネーブ大学を訪問しインタビュー調査を実施した。さらに、同大学で実施されたサマースクール“Global Citizenship Education”に参加し、講義するとともに参与観察を行い、多様性と教育に関するジュネーブ大学の研修内容について理解を深めた。また令和３年９月には、ドイツのビーレフェルト大学において海外調査を実施し、多様な子どもの教育に関して、どのような教員養成や教員研修が行われているのか、教育学部の教授等にインタビュー調査を実施した。これらの海外調査から、どちらの大学においても、多様性や多文化社会における教育が課題になっており、学生や教育関係者の理解を深めるための授業や研修が行われていることがわかった。ただ、今回の海外調査は期間が短かったため、次年度はこれらの大学で実施されている講義やゼミなどにおいて参与観察を行う予定である。
