项目摘要

令和４年度においては、①PIAACのデータが示唆する研究課題についてさらに掘り下げた分析を行うためのインターネットのモニター調査の企画とその実施、②個別の研究課題の調査分析結果の公表・発表、の２つを軸に研究活動を実施した。①については、議論を重ねて課題の絞り込みを行った結果、PIAACのデータから日本の雇用者は他の国々と比較して労働時間が長い一方、時間当たりのスキルの使用量が少なく時給も低い傾向があることが示唆されることから、主にこのことの原因を明らかにすることを目的とした調査を12月に実施した。概要は次の通りである。①対象者：教育・医療部門を除く民間部門の大卒正社員、②設問：主要４分野のスキル使用量に関するPIAACと同様の設問、賃金や労働時間、職場環境、雇用者個人の志向性や満足度に関する設問、③回収サンプルサイズ：6625。調査結果は引き続き分析中だが、令和５年６月に開催される日本高等教育学会の年次大会で結果を発表する予定である。個別の研究課題としては、国立教育政策研究所の紀要第151集に「PIAACのミクロデータを用いた男女の賃金格差の国際比較」と題する論文を公表した（査読有り。令和４年３月の刊行とされているが実際の刊行は令和４年９月であり、年度をまたがって作業を行った。）。また平成４年９月に開催された日本教育社会学会の年次大会で、各国の雇用者のスキル使用量に関するPIAACのデータを比較分析して「日本の教育と仕事との間には断絶があるのか」と題する発表を行った。さらに今後刊行予定の国立教育政策研究所の紀要第152集に「Plausible Valuesの理解のために」と題する論文を投稿し受理されている。なお、モニター調査の結果は研究代表者と分担研究者それぞれが分析を継続中であり、令和５年度に繰り越した研究費を使用してその結果等を報告書に取りまとめる予定である。
