本研究は、乳児保育の質を保育における家庭との連携と家庭養育との関連を検討し、家庭養育並びに乳児保育の質を向上させる乳児保育プログラム開発が目的である。本年度は、その基礎資料を得るために、(1)「保育所・認定こども園・小規模型保育所における0・1・2歳児の保育とその保育における保護者・家庭と園・保育者との連携」に関するアンケート調査と、(2)「保育所、認定こども園、小規模型保育所に通う0・1・2歳児の保護者の家庭における養育とその環境」に関するアンケート調査を実施した。(1)の調査は、近畿地区の保育所、認定こども園、小規模型保育所の0・1・2歳児担当保育者228名を対象に、グーグルフォームによる調査を行った。調査項目は、保育者の属性、園の概要、保育の質、保護者との連携、外国にルーツのある子どもとその保護者への対応を尋ねた。(2)の調査は、(1)と同じ対象園（所）の0・1・2歳児の保護者771名を対象に、保育者と同様の方法で調査した。調査項目は、保護者の属性、保護者の養育性・育児ストレス、子育てへのソーシャル・サポート、園との関係、保護者支援・子育て支援、家庭における言語的環境、物理的環境、社会情動・言語的かかわりについて尋ねた。いずれの調査も、研究代表者所属大学の倫理審査を経た後実施した。本研究では海外調査を予定してたが、新型コロナウィルス感染拡大のため実施できず文献研究を行った。英国、北欧、米国、豪州における0・1・2歳児の保育と家庭養育との連携に関して、「文化的に多様な背景をもつ就学前の子どもの家庭における教育的関わりへの援助」（林 悠子、2022）、「オーストラリアの保育指針にみる多文化保育における家庭との連携」（林悠子、2022）、「乳幼児の保育・教育における保育者と保護者のパートナーシップに関する考察：0・1・2歳児を考える」（寺見陽子、2022）の論文にした。

This study aims to explore the relationship between family and family rearing and the development of quality of breast care. This year, the basic data was obtained.(1)"Nursery, Certified Nursery, Small-scale Nursery" related to the "Protector, Family Garden, and Protector" survey.(2)"Nursery, Certified Nursery, Small-scale Nursery" A survey was conducted on the environment of small nurseries through the protection of families aged 0·1·2 years. (1)The survey was conducted among 228 child-care workers aged 0.1 and 2 in Kinki District Nursery Schools, Certified Nursery Schools, and Small-scale Nursery Schools. The survey items include: Nature of conservators, summary of gardens, nature of conservators, connection of conservators, and the relationship between conservators and foreigners. (2)The survey included 771 participants aged 0·1·2 years old from the same group. The survey items include: the nature of the protector, the nurturing nature of the protector, the parenting style, the parenting style, the garden relationship, the protector support, the parenting support, the family's verbal environment, the physical environment, the social emotion, and the verbal environment. The ethics review of the university to which the investigator and the research representative belong shall be carried out after the investigation. This study is based on overseas investigation and literature research.
