本研究の目的は、リズム系ダンスの特性と学習内容を明確化及び構造化し、モデルとなる指導法を開発することにある。3年目の2022年度は、2021年度に実施したストリートダンサーに対するインタビュー調査及び分析結果をもとに、リズム系ダンスの特性を言語化し指導案へ落とし込むこと、作成した指導案をもとに大学における授業にて実際に授業を実施し、モデル指導案の作成に着手した。2021年度に実施したインタビュー調査から、ストリートダンサーは【リズムに乗る】ことを目指して踊っているのではなく、【リズムに乗る】ことは踊るための土台として捉えていることが明らかになった。その上で、ストリートダンサーが没入体験を得られる瞬間、つまり、リズム系ダンスの種目特性に関わる面白さとは【協働による楽しさ】や【無意識・陶酔状態】が得られることであることが明らかとなった。したがって、本研究において作成したモデル指導案の第1案としては、【リズムに乗る】ことを到達目標とするのではなく、【リズムに乗】った上で人と交流したり、表現したりすることを到達目標とする展開を目指した。1時間ごとの到達目標を「足じゃんけんであいさつ」「体文字でコミュニケーション」「ヒップホップの乗り方でバトル大会」といったように交流や表現に置き、最終的に単元目標である「変化のある動きを組み合わせて、リズムに乗って全身で踊ること」につながるように単元計画を構成した。大学での授業実践をもとに研究会議を設け討議をした結果、踊る土台となる【リズムに乗る】ことを掴ませるために必要な活動をさらに開発する必要性が確認されたため、【リズムに乗る】ことを掴むための活動の種類を増やし、改良版指導案を検討中である。
