项目摘要

本研究は、ESDに取り組み始めた日本の中学・高校の地理教育に、未来社会のあり様を考えていくための解決志向型という考えを導入し、日本型の解決志向型地理カリキュラムの提案を行うことを目的としている。コロナ禍や研究代表者の状況により研究が遅れており、3年目となる2022年度は、次のことを取り組んだ。それは、①日本の地理教育の地球的課題の扱いに関する現状について明らかにすること、②解決志向型の学習方略について継続的に整理していくことである。具体的には、まず①については、システマティックレビューの方法を使い、過去の研究論文を対象に、日本の中等地理教育における地球的課題に関する学習指導の特徴と課題を明らかにした。次に②については、アメリカの心理療法のアプローチである解決志向アプローチやドイツの地理教育における解決志向型についての情報収集と整理・分析を行った。以上の取り組みから、地理教育で解決志向型の学習を実現するためには，未来志向の持続可能な社会の実現をゴールに見据え、地球的課題の解決に向けた取り組みを社会的及び地理的事象としてに取り上げ構成する必要があることと、そのような取り組みを分析し，新たな社会構造に位置づけて複数の未来社会を提案することが重要であることが明らかとなった。今後の課題としては、これまでに明らかになったことをもとに、日本の地理教育における解決志向型の学習方略モデルを構築し、実践開発を行いながら、学習方略モデルを改善していき、その成果を公表することである。
