项目摘要

本研究は、幼・保から小・中・特別支援学校までの多様な子どもたちが、本来持っている身体性を基盤に、協働し新たなオンガクを創造することを原理とした音楽教育プログラムの開発を目的とする。これまでの日本の音楽教育は、「西洋音楽」の「演奏技術」を身に着けることを重視してきた。既成の限られた音楽文化（西洋音楽のみならず日本伝統音楽も含む）の音楽的普遍性の析出と継承とを教育原理としたままでは、この規範を脱することは難しい。以上を踏まえ2022年度は、2020年度と2021年度に実施した文献調査並びにアクション・リサーチを基盤として開発された、サウンドスケープとユニヴァーサル・デザインの融合による音楽教育プログラムを弘前大学教育学部附属学校園にて実践、検証した。附属中学校では一回2時間（50分×２）の授業を5回実施するとともに、附属小学校、附属中学校、附属特別支援学校の合同授業をそれぞれの教員の研究協力により実践、検証した。また、青森県八戸市の認定こども園にて同様の音楽教育プログラムを実施し、小・中・特別支援との比較研究を行うと共に、幼・小・中・特別支援を貫く評価方法についても検討した。2020年度、2021年度の研究成果については、the 21st International Seminar of the ISME Commission on Policy: Culture, Media and Education、日本音楽教育学会第53回大会共同企画、The First International Seminar on Soundscape: Connecting Korea and Japan through Acoustic Environment、日本サウンドスケープ協会第1回サウンド・エデュケーション・セミナーにて発表した。
