项目摘要

本研究は，高等学校－大学間における障害のある高校生への「外部専門家支援」の構造分析を目的としている。令和2年度～令和4年度の期間，コロナ禍であったため，令和4年度は，外部専門機関（NPO・株式会社等）が高等学校－大学間の移行に際し提供している専門プログラムの調査，特に大学入学－入学後の際に使われているツールについて，オンラインによる調査を継続した。その結果，令和2年度・令和3年度の調査から明らかにされた1)入学試験の際の配慮申請から，入学後の合理的配慮提供希望に移行していたもの，2)大学入学後の不適応から，合理的配慮提供希望が生じたもの，3)NPO・株式会社等の支援を伴う本人申請によるもの，は，入学後，そのまま内容を引き継いでいる大学は少なく，それらも含め，新たに各大学の様式に基づく「合理的配慮提供のためのツール」が使用されていた。このことは，入学後は，大学生活上の学習面・生活面の困難が生じる前であるため，「単なる引継ぎ」では対応できない場合が多いことから，そのような対応になっていた。同時に調査対象の大学が困難を感じていたことに，体育等の授業科目そのものへの参加が困難である場合の「代替又は対応」措置があることが明らかになった。この場合，「特別な体育」を別に実施している大学は，現在の調査対象の中にはなく，逆に「高校時代の体育への参加の仕方」等が参考にされていた。令和4年度は，研究成果の一部である「大学生の学習上の困難を感じた場面」について，学会発表1件を行った。
