项目摘要

児童発達支援事業所および知的障害特別支援学校に在籍する自閉スペクトラム症幼児児童生徒の保護者を対象とした調査等を実施し、偏食のアセスメントツールとしてBAMBI（Brief Autism Mealtime Behavior Inventory）の日本語版を作成し、保護者を対象とした質問紙調査を通して、自閉スペクトラム症児の偏食の有無、摂食の内容・程度、摂食のパターン、年齢に伴う変化などの実態を明らかにすること、そしてその結果を整理し、担任教師や保護者が判断できる偏食の判断基準を定める。また、特別支援学校における偏食の出現率を明らかにすることを目的とした。BAMBIは自閉スペクトラム症児によく見られる摂食問題に対する初めてのアセスメントであり、この尺度はアメリカで標準化された尺度であるが、日本語版はまだ出版されておらず、国内の出現率の範囲は把握されていない。本研究は児童発達支援事業所および知的障害特別支援学校に在籍する偏食を示す自閉スペクトラム症児童生徒の保護者を対象とする質問紙調査が予定されていた。しかし、2020年度より始まったコロナ災禍のため、５月中旬に予定していた予備調査を10月頃に延期していたが、コロナの影響で10月にも実施する状況ではなかったため、次年度に実施することとなった。実施することはできなかったが、質問紙の原著者と連絡を取っており、日本語版質問紙作成について許諾および助言を得ている。これらに基づいて日本語版質問紙は作成済みである。また、質問紙調査の実施に当たり所属大学の研究倫理委員会の審査も通っている。
