発達障害のある幼児・児童の養育者を対象とした心理教育及びペアレントトレーニングのプログラムの内容と方法を検討し、各プログラムを実施した。心理教育プログラムについては、発達障害についての基本的な知識及びかかわり方の伝達、子どもの社会性、コミュニケーション、運動・感覚の発達や学習についての知識、教育や福祉のサービスについての情報、将来の暮らしや仕事などについての見通し等のテーマについて講義の内容を検討し、プログラムを実施した。ペアレントトレーニングについては、子どもの行動の捉え方や記録の取り方、養育者のストレスマネジメント、支援グッズの作成、課題解決への具体的な取り組み等のテーマについて講義及びグループワークの内容を検討し、プログラムを実施した。プログラムの効果を検証するための指標について、子どもの適応行動や養育者のストレス及び養育態度などに関する尺度を導入し、プログラムの効果を検証した。本年度は、発達障害のある幼児・児童の養育者6名を対象としたペアレントトレーニングのプログラムを計9回実施した。約7か月間、月に1回のペースでプログラムを実施した。プログラムは、午前中の約2時間、各テーマに関する講義とグループワークで構成された。プログラムの開始時及び終了時に、子どもの適応行動、養育者の養育態度に関する尺度を用いて、プログラムの実施前後に測定を行った。プログラム実施前後の結果について、現在分析を進めている。また、発達障害のある幼児・児童の養育者を対象に、オンラインによるペアレントトレーニングプログラムの実施を実施し、養育者の抑うつ感及び育児ストレスを測定し、プログラムの効果を検証した。上記のプログラムを通して、子どもの適応行動及び養育者の養育態度、抑うつ感や育児ストレスなどがポジティブに変化することが予想される。
