项目摘要

本研究の目的は、児童の健康管理と安全を守る専門職がいない放課後児童クラブにおける児童の緊急時の応急対応に関して、インストラクショナルデザインの視点で、ストーリー型eラーニング教材を用いた教育プログラムを開発し、その有用性を検証することである。2021年度は、ストーリーの事例は、学童期において急変がありえて、適切な応急対応が求められる気管支喘息を有する児童とし、事例の年齢や性別は疫学的な視点を加えた。教材構築の検討では、ガニエの「９教授事象」を援用し、整理した。その結果、前提学習、事前テスト、ストーリー型の事例問題、事後テスト、自己評価・相互評価・振り返りをする掲示板、形成評価を含めた終了後アンケートを設計することができた。2022年度は、上記目的が達成できるようにeラーニング教材のコンテンツ管理システムの検討を行った。また、教材分析と受講者の関連性について、調査および検証ができるようにWeb調査機能を加えることとした。調査項目は、職員の属性、気管支喘息発作時の応急対応についての学習経験の有無と勤務中に気管支喘息発作を起こした子どもの遭遇経験および対応経験の有無とした。コンテンツ管理システムは、安定性が高く標準機能が豊富であり、機能が不足した場合にはカスタマイズすることができるとされるMoodleとした。Moodleは世界中で利用され、日本においても多数の教育機関で利用されているラーニング・マネジメント・システムの一つである。教材の使用については、パーソナルコンピューターやタブレット端末、スマートフォンにて、個別に付与されたIDとパスワードを入力後に各設問について回答および解答できるようにした。今後、さらにストーリー型の事例の追加が可能となり、教材の充実化が図れる構築をすることができたと考える。
