项目摘要

従来の安全訓練は，標準作業手順を教え，その通りに行動することを求めるものが多い。また，決められた手順やマニュアルにない事態に遭遇したときは，上長や指令員に報告して指示を求めるよう教育している。しかし，想定外の事象に遭遇した際には，自ら判断し迅速に行動することも必要である。そのため，我々はA航空会社の安全スタッフと共同で，緊急事態における航空乗務員のレジリエンスを高めるためのシナリオシミュレーション「ISERA」を開発した。研修後に実施したアンケートの結果，参加者はグループディスカッションを用いた教育訓練に不慣れであったにも関わらず，議論は活発に行われ，先輩や職位が上の者に対しても自由に自分の意見を表明できたことが伺える。また，この訓練が，楽しく，有意義で，緊急時対応への理解が深まったと感じたことが明らかになった。防災ゲーム「クロスロード」を安全研修に応用してレジリエントな行動を促進する試みを３社で実施した。研修では，ゲームに使う問題をグループワークによって作成する形式とした。問題作成の過程で，自分の職場で経験したジレンマ状況を紹介したり，どのような想定外の事象が起こり得るかを話し合ったりすることで，レジリエンスに必要な「予測」する力，「ハザード知覚」をする力，ノンテクニカルスキルの要素である「状況設定」をする力が身に付くと考えられた。実際，研修後に実施した振り返りには，「マニュアルに捉われ過ぎず、自分で考え判断し、行動していくことが重要だと感じた」，「多数派の意見より、少数派の意見について深掘りすることも重要だと感じた」，「当該手法は、コミュニケーション力の向上に寄与できるものと感じた」などの記述がみられた。
