本研究は、近年社会的に関心が高まっているメンタルヘルスケアの効果的な方法への手掛かりを見つけることを目指す。近年注目されている瞑想などにも見られるように、「雑念を払って自分自身に意識を向け直す」ことが一つの鍵であるように思われるが、「自分自身というものの認識の仕方が個人によって異なる可能性」やその脳内メカニズムの個人差に関しては言及されていない。本研究では、先ずはヒトが自己を意識するとき、すなわち「自己の存在」に注意を向けるときに、異なる個人特性によって自己のどのような側面を重視して注意を向ける傾向があるのかという点を明らかにし、続いて「自己存在感」の個人差と、自己に意識を向けた時の神経基盤の個人差との関連性を明らかにすることを予定している。令和4年度には引き続き大学生・大学院生を対象にfMRI実験を行う予定であったが、令和2年度、及び令和3年度においてCOVID-19の影響で実験参加者のリクルートが難航した為に生じた研究の遅れが可完全には取り戻せておらず、未だ研究全体が遅れている状況である。しかしながら、これまでに取得した36名のRestingデータを解析した結果、前部帯状回と後部帯状回の機能的結合強度がCDSスコアと正の相関を示すという暫定的な結果が得られた。精神医学の分野において「自己存在の現実感」が減弱される障害として解離性障害があり、本研究では「自己存在感」を調べる質問紙としてCambridge Depersonalisation Scale (CDS)日本語版を用いている。この結果は暫定的なものではあるが、自己存在感が低い人ほど前部帯状回と後部帯状回の機能的結合強度が高かったことを示しており、「自己存在感」とこれらの脳領域の機能との関連性を示唆する可能性があると考えられる。

This study is aimed at providing guidance on how to improve the quality of products in recent years. In the field of psychiatry, the "sense of self-existence" has been weakened and the "sense of self-existence" has been weakened. In this study, the "sense of self-existence" has been questioned. Cambridge Deposition Scale (CDS) Japanese version has been used. The results show that the sense of self existence is low, the combination strength of the front and rear bands is high, and the possibility of the function of the self existence is high.
