项目摘要

本研究では、以下４つの研究を予定している。研究１では、自尊感情の変動性に関する横断的検討として、様々な世代を対象に自尊感情の変動性を測定し、自尊感情の変動性が幅広い世代にも存在する個人差要因なのか確認し、発達的な変化を検討する。研究２では、自尊感情の変動性に関する縦断的な検討として、同一の対象者に長期的に自尊感情の変動性を測定し検討する。研究３では、自尊感情が変動する出来事の検討（１)として、自尊感情が揺れ動きやすい出来事と、揺れ動きにくい出来事の詳細を検討する。研究４では、自尊感情が変動する出来事の検討（１)として、想定場面法を用いて出来事の内容を操作し、出来事を経験した際の状態自尊感情の変化と、自尊感情の変動性との関連を検討する。2022年度は、下記、研究準備を行った。第１に、就労者の自尊感情が変動する要因や出来事を捉えるために、人事心理学研究会に所属し、各企業の人事部で活躍する社員と交流したり、複数企業の産業医による職場における心身の健康管理に関する講演会に参加し、意見交換等を行った。長時間労働者の面談指導の実態や、ストレスチェックの活用の限界など、実際に生じている事案を知り、就労者の自尊感情を変動させる要因に関して情報を得た。これらの情報は、研究３・４の研究に活かす予定である。第２に、自尊感情の変動性に関する縦断的検討を行うために、大学生対象の調査の準備を行った。具体的には、大学生を対象に、２期間（７日間１日１回の調査×２期間）で自尊感情の変動性の測定を行い、自尊感情の変動性の指標の再検査信頼性について検討を行う。2023年度に調査を実施予定である。この研究は、研究２の一部として構成されている。
