项目摘要

本研究の目的は、心理学的介入の効果を検証する際に用いられることの多いシングルケース実験デザインの弱点を補うために、実践に基づく研究ネットワーク (Practice-Based Research Network: 以下、PBRNと略す)の構築を模索することである。シングルケース実験デザインは内的妥当性の高い研究を行う上で有用な実験計画法であるが、検証結果の一般化可能性を保証する際の効率が低いという問題を抱えている。そこで、本研究は心理学的介入を行う実践家のPBRNを構築することでこの問題を解消する可能性を探ることを狙いとする。2020年度から2021年度にかけては文献調査を行い、医療や心理療法の分野でのPBRNの開発史とネットワークのあり方の概要を把握した。また、この調査によりPBRNを実施する際の障害となりやすい共通の要因が明らかになっているとともに、それらへの対処方法が既にある程度提案されていることも判明し、適切にPBRNを活用すれば当初見込んでいたとおりにシングルケース実験デザインを使った研究の一般化可能性を拡充できることが確認できた。また、PBRNを用いる場合には、心理療法のクライアントの多様性に関わる一般化可能性だけでなく、セラピスト側の多様性と一般化可能性の関係も研究課題となりうることが明らかになった。以上を踏まえて、2022年度は応用行動分析学を用いた実践に取り組んでいる研究者や実践家を対象として情報提供、聴き取り、意見交換を行なった。その結果、PBRNの構築は発達障害児・者への支援の現場に携わる人々からも有用だと受け止められること、萌芽的な取り組みが最近始まっていることが明らかになった。ただし、そのような取り組みにはまだ課題もあり、ネットワークを制度として明確にした上で継続させる仕組みを取り入れることや、データ分析を洗練させる必要があることなども判明した。
