项目摘要

①2021年度の実施した大阪府下のコミュニティ・スペースを社屋内に持つ工務店5社に対するインタビュー調査・実測調査の成果を取りまとめ、国際学会（International Conference of Asian-Pacific Planning Societies）、および、日本建築学会大会にて発表を行った。口頭発表の場においては、様々な意見交換を行い、本研究に対する有用な知見を得た。②全国の工務店を対象にするアンケート調査の仮説構築に向けて、2021年度に実施した先進事例へのインタビュー調査結果の解釈、文献調査による理論的骨組みの構築を行った。例えば、研究開始時には向社会的行動における利他の側面に着目していたが、長期的視点での本業への還元には中小工務店の商圏である地域での信頼・協働関係構築（ソーシャル・キャピタルの醸成）が肝要であるとの考えに至った。理論的な解釈を踏まえて、アンケート調査票を作成した。また、一般的に、工務店に対するアンケート調査の回収率は極めて低いと聞き及んでいるので、調査協力いただける業界団体を模索し、一般社団法全建総連リフォーム協会の協力が得られることになった。③アウトリーチ活動として、特定非営利法人住宅長期保証支援センターの総会において「工務店による向社会的行動と本業との関係」と題して、工務店・材木店などの会員に対して講演を行った。また、工務店向けメディアの新建ハウジングの取材に協力し、本研究の成果の一部が記事として掲載された。④自身の所属する研究会の活動の一環で、工務店・建築士が戸建住宅のリフォーム工事に第三者として関与するプロジェクトを行った。これは、工務店の専門性を活かした向社会的行動と捉えることができるため、アクションリサーチとしてほぼすべてのプロセスに参加し、詳細な記録を作成した。
