项目摘要

本研究では、家畜の感染症の影響を踏まえながら、我が国の畜産部門の構造再編を牽引し成長と安定性を実現している畜産経営への経営戦略論の適用可能性に関する理論と実態の両面から検証を行うことを課題としている。次の6点の実証を試みた。第1に、株式市場に上場しているブロイラー、採卵鶏、その他の畜産の各部門の企業経営に関して、畜産の飼養、生産等の様子について、『有価証券報告書』やその他の資料から、その整理を行った。第2に、農外・農業関連企業の連結子会社による畜産の飼養、生産等の様子に関して、『有価証券報告書』やその他の資料から、その整理を行った。そこでは、連結子会社の大規模な直営農場を含めた事業部門毎に、フリーキャッシュフローを適用し、事業価値評価が行なわれ、また、その上で、企業価値評価が行なわれることになるゆえである。第3に、養豚部門に進出している農業関連企業の連結子会社の事業規模は、既に、株式市場に上場しているブロイラー、採卵鶏、その他の畜産の各部門の企業経営の事業規模を上回っている、ないしは、同等であることから、価値が創出されていることが推察されてきた。第4に、以上の3点を踏まえると、ブロイラー、採卵鶏、養豚の各部門では、フリーキャッシュフローを適用し、畜産経営の経営成果の収益性評価を行なうことの可能性・妥当性等が推察されてくる。第5に、多くの論者に取り上げられ、分析が進められている畜産経営を分析対象とし、価値の創出とその要因分解に関しての解明を行った。分析対象とした畜産経営では、ROICが、金融機関からの借入金といった債務コストを主とした資本コストを上回っており、価値を創出していた。第6に、国産飼料が給餌されていることで、収益性が改善されるのかの分析をすすめるために、農業財政と直接支払額の観点から転作作物振興の評価を行った。
