福岡県酪農業協同組合管内における新規参入の実態調査から、就農前のマッチング、有形資産、無形資産継承の現状を把握し、就農後のサポートについて課題を抽出した。この調査から就農後のタスクフォースの必要性が明らかになり、さらに調査を行うことで問題解決を試みた。関連誌や関係機関から情報を収集し、広島県酪農業協同組合の取り組みに注目し、11月21日に調査を行った。調査の結果、県酪農協を中心に関係機関、行政、金融機関、税理士による就農支援プロジェクトチームが設立されていたが、このチームによる就農後のサポートも充実しており、就農後に離農する経営が多い中で、持続的で発展的に営農されていた。これまでも多くの事例で属人的な支援を確認してきたが、就農支援システムを支える中心的な人材が不可欠であることが明らかになった。この調査報告と併せて、これまでの結果を令和４年度日本農業経営学会研究大会にて個別報告を行った。現在、内容を精査し情報誌への投稿を検討している。啓発活動の一環として、11月18（金）千葉県佐倉市畜産組合連合会会員、近隣市町畜産農家、北部家畜保健衛生所、印旛農業事務所（企画振興課、改良普及課）、日本政策金融公庫千葉支店の各担当者併せて30名が参加する講演会において、新規参入の課題と今後の対応について意見交換会を行った。さらに、全国酪農業協同組合連合会青年女性研修会において、新規就農と畜産関連への就職の展望、「どうする都府県酪農を！」と題して講師に招来され、講演の後ちに学生6名を交えて新規参入者の発掘、対応に関する討論・グループディスカッションを行った。ここでは新たな新規参入の方策として注目されている一般社団法人全酪アカデミーと中央酪農会議が運営するポータルサイト「酪農家になりたい」の効果を改めて報告するとともに、大規模化を推進する農業政策に対して、新規就農への新たな課題を提言した。
