项目摘要

現地調査・ヒアリングでは、市長、副市長、町長ら５名を含めて全国の４３ほどの自治体（東大阪市、南国市、芸西村、田野町、岐阜市、関市、美濃市、武雄市、田野町、会津若松、瀬戸市、岡崎市、香南市、仙台市若林区、千葉県、八戸市、松本市、上田市、松戸市、船橋市役、市原市、四街道市、武雄市、神埼市、小城市、佐賀市、基山町、鳥栖市、常滑市、半田市、松本市、安曇野市、野田村、鹿屋市、志布志市、鹿児島県、大崎町、曽於市、島根県、出雲市、鹿島市、有田町、いちき串木野市、東串良町）を訪問した、平常時の訓練として災救マップを活用した防災まち歩きを自治体、社会福祉協議会、地域住民と一緒に開催をした（吹田市の大阪大学グローバルビレッジなどにて）。自治体への災救マップの社会実装や行政、政治への理解も求める研究実践をした。公益財団法人日本宗教連盟主催の第６回宗教法人の公益性に関するセミナー「防災・減災、災害時の地域協力　社寺教会施設の活用を考える」を、2022年5月18日に開催、二之湯智内閣府特命担当大臣（防災担当）および、小池都知事が行政と宗教施設の災害時連携を強く訴えた。また、内閣府および文化庁宗務課の担当者らも発題、連携強化の重要性を訴えた。また、室蘭市で、「地域防災を考える市民フォーラム」、武雄市「お寺防災ワークショップ」や仙台市での寺院防災研修、京都浄土宗知恩院・浄土宗教化研修会館（源光院）「実践講座ともいき編災害時、寺院に求められる連携支援」、防災士会千葉県支部などで、災救マップ「認定投稿者」研修会を開催した。避難所に加えて宗教施設の情報を集約している「災救マップ（未来共生災害救援マップ）（https://map.respect-relief.net/）に関しては、全国の避難所の最新データをもとにデーターベースを更新するとともに、認定投稿者機能、訓練モードをあらたに追加した。
