项目摘要

国連事務総長のディポジトリーにある多国間条約600を「地球疑似社会契約」として概念化し、世界価値観調査との相関関係を調べることによって、その大まかな妥当性を証明した上で、「地球立法政治」の理論枠組を提示した。さらに「地球的疑似立法行動」として10個の地域集団ごとに、アジアに重点を置いて分析を進めた。また、東アジア社会で表出される個人生活満足度を測量するための「生活の質」世論調査を日本・中国・韓国・台湾・香港・ベトナムにおいて実施した。多国間条約参加によって表出される価値規範と、東アジア社会で行った世論調査によって表出される価値規範が大まかにいって収斂するかどうかを目的に分析作業を進めた。2021年度に、４個のアジア、中央アジア、南アジア、東南アジア、東アジアがどのように下位アジアとして一つの固まりとして、国家対外適応度と市民対内安定度を多国間条約参加を巡って示しているか研究を進めた。コロナ感染症大量発生のため、2021年度には刊行まで進めなかった。
