项目摘要

DSGEモデルは、現代のマクロ経済学における標準的分析ツールであるものの、多くの限界が指摘されている。本研究では、第１に名目金利のゼロ制約を考慮し、第２に「経済主体は将来の経済状態について完全には理解しない」とする行動経済学要素を取り込み、第３に量的緩和政策のチャネルも考慮した、モデルを構築しベイズ推計する。そして、得られた推計値から、金融政策の効果など政策シミュレーションを実施する。こうした研究は、日本はおろか海外でも未だ存在しない。計算負荷の高さからいまだ存在しないだけでなく、高い現実妥当性から学術的だけでなく政策的にも重要性が大きい。また、Gabaix (2020)のアイデアを取り込んだ行動経済学的要素によって、フォワードガイダンス・パズルが解消するなど、金融緩和の効果について、日本などの低インフレの経験とより整合的な評価が可能となる。これまでゼロ金利制約を考慮したモデルは不安定（非決定、indeterminacy）になることが多く、推計の妨げとなってきたが、行動経済学的要素によって均衡解が安定となるパラメータスペースが拡大し、推計がより容易になることが予想される。こうした政策効果の再評価は、失われた20年の日本の経験や欧米での長期不況（secular stagnation）という重要なマクロ政策課題に新たな知見を与えるものと期待される。派生的に、銀行取引データを使った分析も進めた。個人の消費・投資行動をミクロデータを使って分析することで、上記DSGEモデル構築の礎を確認・改良することを目指す。

DSGE is a standard analysis tool for modern economics.
