项目摘要

近年、周産期メンタルヘルスの問題が表面化している。本研究の目的は、本邦における産後の心的外傷ストレス障害（Posttraumatic stress disorder：PTSD)の予防指針確立に向けて、心理的対処療法の一つである筆記表現法の有効性・安全性をランダム化比較試験（Randmised Contrial Trials：RCTs) で検証し、さらにその結果を、システマティックレビューを用いで世界の質の高いエビデンスと統合することであった。2019年（初年度）においては、産後PTSD予防に対する筆記療法の有効性と安全性の検証に向けたRCTのプロトコルを作成し、2020年には、関西地区の出産施設においてRCTを開始した。しかしながら新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大に伴い、当初予定していた多施設でのデータ収集が困難となった。さらに現時点では今後のデータ収集の予定の目処がたたず、再開を待つことによりこれまでに収集したデータと、再開後のデータに影響する条件等が変わることが考えられる事から、現時点で収集できている結果をもとに分析を開始した。現在は、分析の最終段階にある。さらに、昨年度より、当該分野の専門家である英国ならびにスイスの研究協力者と共に、産後PTSD予防に対する心理療法の有効性と安全性に対するエビデンス構築に向けたシステマティックレビューのプロトコルを作成し、レビューに着手した。当初、予定していた国際学会での発表はコロナ禍において延期となり発表には至っていないが、これらの研究成果は、今後、学術誌や学会を通じ広く公表する予定である。
