项目摘要

今回の研究目的は、急性期病院で認知障害のある高齢患者の看護に携わる看護師を対象に、倫理的な苦悩を自らの主体的な意思決定能力の向上へと活かす教育支援プログラムを企画、実施し、倫理的な苦悩、自己への認識、意思決定への認識の視点で、その効果を明らかにすることである。さらに、WEBシステムを用いた看護師の教育支援プログラム開発の一助とすることである。今年度については、研究計画書、教育支援プログラムの企画書、効果を測定する質問紙等の準備を行い、大学内の研究倫理審査委員会に申請し、了承を得て実施する予定であった。8月に倫理審査の承認を得て、その後都内2ヶ所の急性期病院の看護部長に研究計画書、教育支援プログラムの企画書、質問紙等を送付し、研究実施への承諾を得た。研究の対象が看護師との理由で病院での研究倫理審査は必要ないとの回答を得た。ポスター等で参加者の募集を行った。同時に、病院の担当者と教育支援プログラムに関する打合せを重ね、11月より第1回目を講義、第2回～第3回目を事前学習を踏まえたグループワーク、第4回目を実践報告、第5回目を参加者によるプレゼンテーションとした。対象者の募集については、1ヶ所の病院で11月の研修第1回目まで対象者を募ったが、聴講のみで研究に協力する者は得られなかった。2ヶ所目の病院では、予定していた人数よりも少なかったが、6名（年齢25歳～50歳、平均年齢40.5歳、性別：男性1名、女性5名）の対象者が得られた。研修直前での質問紙への回答、その後第1回目の講義、第2回目のグループワークを実施した。しかし、2月末に実施予定であった第3回目のグループワークが新型コロナウィルス感染拡大の影響のため中止となった。その後も感染拡大の改善は見られなかったため、第4回目、第5回目ともに中止となり、目的とした研究結果は得られなかった。
