2021年度は、超高齢社会に伴う健康課題の改善に向け、市民と保健医療者とのパートナーシップの向上を目指し、既存のPeople-Centered Careに関する研究成果を集約し、市民と保健医療者が共に考える「市民主導型ケア：People-Centered Care（PCC）」の動画教材【パート1：PCCの概要】【パート2：PCC実践例】に続けて、今回【パート3：PCC活動事例】を作成した。教材の作成方法は、PCCに精通する研究者らで、市民と保健医療者が共に学ぶPCC教材事例に適したPCC活動事業（市民と保健医療者が共に取り組んでいる活動事業）を検討し、５事業を選定した。次に、選定した事業責任者に教材作成の協力を依頼し、各事業メンバー（市民と保健医療者）と共に内容を確認しながら教材を作成した。多彩な活動メンバーで取り組むPCC活動事例は、①市民を対象にした健康情報サービス事業、②高齢者とその家族を対象にした家で死ねるまちづくり事業、③子どもと子どもにからだのことを伝える人を対象にしたからだフシギ事業、④難病を持つ当事者と家族を対象にしたパートナーシップ事業、⑤高齢者と子どもを対象にした多世代交流デイプログラム事業の5事例とした。教材内容は、PCC活動事例における活動経緯、活動目的・目標、活動メンバー、活動内容、PCCによる意義について紹介した。教材のポイントは、各PCC活動事業（5事例）の市民と保健医療者とのパートナーシップの8要素＜互いに理解する・互いを信頼する・互いに尊敬する・互いの持ち味を活かす・互いの役割を担う・共に乗り越える・意思決定を共有する・共に学ぶ＞に焦点を当てた内容構成であった。各事業の動画の所要時間は約5～10分とし、インターネット上で視聴できるPCCサイトを作成した。またDVD教材も作成した。さらに、PCCガイド（日本語版）の説明内容を見直し更新した。
