项目摘要

近年西南中国から東南アジア大陸部に及ぶインドシナ半島北部山地とその在地住民が注目を浴びているが、これまで主に注目されてきたのは、盆地を中心に自律的な政体が形成され，平野部の王朝権力から比較的高い政治的自律性を保持していた地域であった。一方で山地世界の中でもベトナム東北地域のような、平野部の王朝権力に対して比較的従順な態度を示してきた地域の在地住民に焦点を当てた研究はほぼ皆無だった。以上の問題意識のもと、申請者はベトナム東北地域の中で諒山地域（現ランソン省）に焦点を当て、現地調査を通じて収集した金石史料や在地首長一族の家譜、行政文書（写しを含む）の分析を通し、17～18世紀における諒山地域の社会変容の実相や在地首長の生存戦略を解明した。諒山地域では、18世紀における移民の流入と動乱の多発により在地首長の基盤が不安定化し、彼らは自身の戦略として王朝権力との関係構築を選択した。18世紀以降の社会変容の中で在地首長が王朝権力に接近していくのが、当該地域の特徴である。一方国家権力の側に目を向けると、動乱が多発した18世紀半ばには、地方官は動乱鎮圧に協力した首長に対して号の肩書を与え、軍政面で彼らを取り込み、統制しようとしていた。具体的には、現地民部隊の組織化、鎮官直属部隊の結成など、18世紀初頭以前と比べれば、地方官の影響力は増大しつつあった。動乱多発、流民の大量発生という状況下で、18世紀半ば～後半の諒山地域の在地首長たちはベトナム王朝との関係構築を権益保持のための戦略と認識していたが、その背景には上述のような鎮官の影響力増大があった。

In recent years, southwest China has been divided into southeast China and the northern part of the peninsula. In the 18th century, the influx of immigrants and the development of turmoil in the region led to the instability of the foundation of the region, and the choice of the relationship between the two countries. The social changes since the 18th century are closely related to the characteristics of the region. In the middle of the 18th century, when the government was in turmoil, the government was in turmoil. The specific organization of the local people's forces, the formation of the troops directly under the town officials, the comparison between the early 18th century and the early 18th century, the influence of the local officials increased. Under the circumstances of frequent upheavals and the emergence of a large number of refugees, the influence of the local officials in the middle and late 18th century increased.
