本研究課題は、諸事情から採用期間を延長したため、2022年度（令和4年度）が最終年度となった。そのため、以下では2021年度および2022年度（令和3, 4年度）の研究実績についてまとめて記載する。概括すると、研究期間中にワークショップの開催、調査地および国内の研究機関で史資料の収集に努めながら論文執筆を進めた。具体的には①社会主義ユーゴスラヴィアにおいて構築された「犠牲者ナショナリズム」の様態、ならびにその歴史的条件として②戦間期および第二次大戦期のユーゴスラヴィアにおけるナショナリズムあるいはファシズムの展開を分析対象とした。2021年度は②の研究に重点を置いた。まず7月にオンライン・ワークショップ「戦時期「グレーゾーン」を架橋する ―東アジア・欧州の被占領地からの視点―」を企画し、10月にはオンライン・国際ワークショップ「Fascism in Motion」を開催した。両会議は、戦時期の西洋およびアジアで対独協力または対日協力に加担した政治家や知識人の動向を比較検討するもので、グローバル・ファシズムの展開を当事者の視点から再考する目的を持つものだった。なお前者の報告内容を基に、論集『グレーゾーンと帝国』を2023年3月に刊行した。2022年度は①の調査に本格的に取り組んだ。10月にセルビアに渡航し、ユーゴスラヴィア国立文書館を訪問して社会主義期に設立された退役軍人団体の史料を収集した。またジェノサイドの研究状況について調べるため、ジェノサイド犠牲者記念館（ベオグラード）、セルビア中部のクラグィエヴァツを訪問し、研究者との交流や各種調査に取り組んだ。国内では北海道大学スラブ・ユーラシア研究センターを2022年11月と2023年3月に訪問し、①の主題に関わる新聞資料などを検討した。それらの調査結果を基に、投稿論文の執筆を進めた。

This research topic is to extend the period of adoption of various events to the year 2022 (the fourth year) and the final year. The content of the former report is based on the publication of the collection "The Empire" in March 2023.
