本研究の研究実績については、①COVID-19の感染拡大に伴い、現地調査や海外学会への参加などができなかったものの、②博士論文を執筆・提出し、学位を取得したことから、期待ほどではないがある程度の進展の上で最終年度を終えることができたと自己評価している。研究の内容に関しては、①昨年度行ったベトナムの企業データによる技術効率性の計測と、技術非効率性の要因分析の見直し・修正を行ったこと、②ラーニングに関する諸理論の文献を整理・考察したこと、③2016年以降行ってきたベトナムでの現地調査のヒアリング結果を整理したこと、が挙げられる。これらと、昨年度行っていたラオスの企業データを利用した技術効率性の計測と技術非効率性の要因分析、そしてベトナム中小製造企業の技術効率性の経時的変化の分析を、④博士論文にまとめ、学位を取得した。今年度はCOVID-19の流行に加え、私自身が博士論文の執筆や就職活動を主として行っていたため、研究成果を外部に報告することは「ベトナムにおける地場中小企業のラーニングと技術効率性に関する分析」として、日本国際経済学会関西支部研究会（2021年3月13日）で報告したのみにとどまっている。論文に関しては、昨年度執筆したラオスの分析に関する論文（博士論文の第3章）を英文にし、加筆・修正したものをHaraguchi, K. and Souksavanh, V. Who are better learners? -Reducing inefficiency in Laos’ manufacturing industry-（https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=3815460）としてSSRNディスカッションペーパーに登録した。来年度は研究成果を発展的に改訂し、英文ジャーナルへの投稿を予定している。

The results of this study include: ①COVID-19 infection, field survey, participation in overseas societies, ② doctoral thesis writing, degree obtaining, expectation, progress, final year, self-evaluation. The content of the study is related to: (1) the measurement of technical effectiveness of enterprises in the past year, the analysis of technical non-effectiveness, the review of theoretical literature, the review of field investigation results in 2016. The analysis of the key factors of technology efficiency and the analysis of technology efficiency and the change of technology efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises. This year's COVID-19 epidemic has increased, private doctoral thesis writing and inauguration activities have been carried out, research results have been reported externally, and "Analysis of the situation and technology efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises in the field" has been reported by the Kansai Branch of the Japan International Economic Society (March 13, 2021).
