项目摘要

本年度は、インクルーシブ教育実践の参与者の側に焦点を当てて調査を継続した。すなわち、前年度は特別なニーズをかかえた子どもにたいする合理的配慮の構成過程が境界画定の諸実践としておこなわれていることに着目したが、その際になぜ、どのような歴史的・組織的経緯のなかで既存の秩序の変容を促す実践がおこなわれ始めたのかは詳らかに検討することが出来なかった。このことに関してまず、先行するインクルーシブ教育・統合教育における就学運動の言説のなかに論点が残されていることを示唆した。すなわち就学運動をめぐる言説が子どもの当事者性を中心にして構成されていたことに着目し、その意味において運動に参加するひとびとは誰が当事者であるのかということを明確に理解していたことを指摘した。そのうえで、それぞれの運動参加者は、その当事者とそれぞれが有する距離のもとで自らの運動参加のための形式を選び取っていたことを明らかにした。それは必ずしも当事者との意志の一体化を意味するものではなかった。運動参加者たちは、それぞれの立場性において当事者との距離や利害をいわば推定し、そうした反省的な思考を通じて運動実践への参加を組織化していたことがわかった。以上の点を含めた就学運動言説の諸特徴と当事者性をめぐる諸問題について、『龍谷教職ジャーナル』に論文を投稿し、掲載された。次に、前年度に引き続き、インクルーシブ教育を実践しているとみなされうる小学校への参与観察・インタビュー調査を行った。とくに実践をおこなう教員たちが採用していた再帰的包摂実践がどのようになされているかについて考察し、関西教育学会にて口頭発表をした。
