项目摘要

本年度の研究では、前年度の実績に挙げた地域間・産業間のネットワーク効果の係数を用い、域内総生産に対する農林水産業と食品製造業それぞれの輸入依存度（輸入額／最終需要額）の変化によるネットワーク効果を実証した。まず同一産業内における地域間のネットワーク効果に関しては、農林水産業で都市圏において有意かつ大きな係数を得た一方、食品製造業では都市／地方で大きな差は見られない。この一因として、農林水産業は気候や農地といった生産資源に近い地方に立地しつつ、大消費地である都市圏へと投入されるネットワークが発達している一方、食品製造業は原則的に消費地に近接する傾向があることが考えられる。農林水産業から食品製造業への前方連関では、域外からのネットワーク効果が負であり、食料品の生産に投入される農林水産物については、域内で生産されたものと域外から移入されたものの間である程度の代替性があることを示唆している。通常、需要側ショックによる前方連関は見られないが、ネットワーク効果を考慮した場合、農林水産業と食品製造業の間の連関は双方向的である。また、前方連関と後方連関を比較すると、域外からの負の効果に関しては前方連関において係数が大きくなる傾向が見られ、特に大都市圏以外の地域で有意な効果が確認できることから、農林水産品の最終需要が変化したとしても、地域を跨いだ食品製造業への影響が抑えられることを示唆する。このことは、前年度の実績で確認されたように農林水産業および食品製造業においては域内の取引関係が強いことと整合する。当初の研究計画では、地域農業が抱える構造的課題の中・長期的予測として、一般化ネットワーク・モデルを応用し、中長期的な人口動態の変化の下で「地域内」のネットワークにより非流動的な生産要素や生産物がある場合の地域経済のパフォーマンスの将来推移を試算することを計画していたが、これは今後の課題とする。

This year's study demonstrates the results of the inter-regional and inter-industry production efficiency coefficients and the inter-regional production efficiency coefficients for the agriculture, forestry, fisheries and food manufacturing industries.
