项目摘要

この研究課題の期間は、当初の予定では2019年4月から2022年3月までであった。しかしながら、採用1年目からのコロナウイルスの影響により、研究計画が大幅に遅れ、3年目（21年度）を半年延長することになった。ここでは22年度（４－9月）分の実績を報告する。２０２０年度末（21年2月末）に発生したロシア・ウクライナ戦争はその後、長期化・激化して、研究期間内のロシアでの資料調査はほぼ不可能となったため、執筆中の学術論文の軌道修正を続ける必要があった。今年度は、論文の大枠の修正や、前年度までに報告した内容の整理に注力した。その結果、ロシア革命の影響で西欧や東アジアに移動したロシア知識人（亡命者を含む）の動きと、その日本知識人との交流を新たに盛り込んでいく（そのために必要な資料は日本国内および欧米諸国で利用可能である）という新たな研究の道筋を確保することができた。また、昨年度までの成果をもとに、1920－30年代における日ソ文化交渉の実態や、日本知識人による国際関係観をめぐる議論について、査読つき論文を2本、執筆した（その後、22年度末までに査読と修正を経て、1本を出版し、もう1本の出版を確約させた）。今後の課題としては、「文化外交」という曖昧かつ未成熟な概念を、国境を越える文化交渉史においてどのように考えていくか、あるいは別の概念や枠組みから、日本・ソ連（ロシア）の（しばしば西欧諸国や東アジア諸国を介した）文化交渉とその日本知識人への影響をどう捉えるか、といった問題が残されている。

The duration of this research project is from April 2019 to March 2022. Due to the impact of adopting the one-year model, the research plan has been significantly reduced, and the three-year model (FY21) has been extended by half a year. At the end of FY2020 (the end of February 2021), it is impossible to conduct data survey during the research period, and it is necessary to correct the track of academic papers in writing. As a result, the impact of the revolution in Western Europe, the movement of intellectuals (including those who are desperate), the exchange of intellectuals in Japan, and the development of new technologies (including the use of necessary data in Japan and Europe) The achievements of the past year, the status of Japanese cultural exchanges in the 1920s and 1930s, the discussion of international relations among Japanese intellectuals, the examination of two papers, the writing of two papers (later, the examination and revision at the end of the 22nd year, the publication of one book, the publication of one book) Future topics include: "Cultural Diplomacy","Immature Concept","Border Crossing","Cultural Exchange History","Different Concept","Japan","Western European Countries","Eastern European Countries","Cultural Exchange","Japanese Intellectual People's Influence","Problems" and "Problems".
