项目摘要

韓国の5月の行事として定着しているオリニナル（子どもの日）は、そもそも方定煥が1921年5月1日に少年運動・児童文化運動の活動母体として結成した天道教少年会の設立一周年を記念して1922年5月1日に＜オリニナルの行事＞を行ったこと、さらに翌1923年5月1日に金起田が京城で「少年運動協会」を発足させ、天道教という枠組みを外して第一回オリニナルを開催したこと、さらに同日東京にて方定煥が朝鮮人留学生を集め、少年問題研究会「セクトン会」の創立発会式を行ったことを起点としている。そのため、2022・23年は100周年を迎えたことになる。これは、少年運動100周年というだけでなく、同時に韓国児童文学100年ととらえることができる。韓国児童文学の起点は1923年3月創刊の児童文芸誌『オリニ』をもって認識されているためである。『オリニ』を創刊した方定煥は、1919年に3・1独立運動にかかわった後、1920年9月頃東京に渡り、1921年4月9日、東洋大学専門部文化学科に入学して1年間在籍した。この間、東京では『幼児教育』の20周年記念行事として「児童保護宣伝」（1921年）が盛大に行われ、さらに翌1922年の5月には全国主要都市にて同時開催の「全国児童愛護デー」が開催されていた。筆者は、1922年5月に方定煥が朝鮮にて初めて行った＜オリニナルの行事＞は、1921年11月22日に東京で行われ「子供日」と呼ばれた「児童保護宣伝」の行事がオリニナルのモデルであることを史料に基づき検証した。「子供日」を朝鮮語に直訳すると＜オリニナル＞となり、児童の権利、福祉、幼児教育の価値を訴える運動体である点で相違なく、それらを宣伝する大量のビラを配布し、行列を行い、講演会や口演童話会を行うなど、実施形態も類似していた。

The first edition of the book was founded in 1919 after the independence movement, September 1920 in Tokyo, April 9, 1921, and the first year of enrollment in the Department of Culture at Ichiden University. In Tokyo, the 20th anniversary of "Children's Education" was celebrated in 1921, and in May 1922, the "National Children's Protection Campaign" was launched simultaneously in major cities across the country. In May 1922, the author decided to go to Korea to conduct the first day of the festival. On November 22, 1921, he went to Tokyo to conduct the "Children's Protection Propaganda" and conducted the festival. The "Child Sacrifice Day" is directly related to the basic principle of "Orinagar", and there are many points in sports that contradict the benefits, well-being, and value of children's education. There are a large number of activities to be publicized and disseminated, and rows and columns are arranged, lectures and oral fairy tale performances are held, and the actual implementation forms are similar.
