项目摘要

この研究プロジェクトの研究成果を1本の共著論文と2本の口頭発表で公にした。共著論文は関西地方の動詞の形態音韻論に関するものであり、口頭発表は2本とも日本語方言の形態音韻論全般を扱ったものである。【論文】佐々木冠・浜野拓夢（2023）「ウ音便と母音短縮（京都府京都市方言調査報告）」『北海道方言研究会会報』99: 16-20.この論文では関西地方の方言におけるウ音便と母音短縮の相互作用についての分析を展開した。【口頭発表】2022年4月8日から9日にかけて開催されたInternational Symposium on Japanese Studies, "Japan and the World -- Revisiting Cultural Encounters in the Global Era"において、基調講演としてThe decline of irregularity: What happens to the verb morphology in the Japanese dialectsと題する講演を行った。この口頭発表は日本語方言の形態音韻論において不規則性の衰退が生じているとする分析を展開したものである。また、このシンポジウムでは日本語動詞形態論に関するワークショップで「独立性のない語幹をどのように扱うべきか」という発表を行った。この発表は、未然形や已然形という独立性のない動詞語幹の形態論上の位置づけを論じたものである。また、滋賀県大津市の方言の形態音韻論に関する調査を進めた。この調査の結果は2023年4月16日に開催される北海道方言研究会第237回例会で発表する予定である。この研究発表ではウ音便における短母音と長母音の交替が動詞では母音短縮として分析されるべきであるが、形容詞では母音延長として分析されるべきであるとする分析を展開している。
