项目摘要

異文化コミュニケーションの概念モデルはこれまで主に欧米の著名な学者達の提唱する理論に基づき構築されてきた(Byram, 1997; 2021; Deardorff, 2006)。従って、大学教員、大学生、実社会の人達の視点を多角的に取り入れたモデルは未だ提示されていない。本研究では、大学教員、大学生、実社会で異文化の人達と仕事に携わる人達、三者の視点を統合したモデルを考案し、効果的な異文化コミュニケーション教育の礎とする事を目的とする。本研究のデータ分析・異文化コミュニケーションのモデル構築に当たっては、学者達の合意に基づき構築されたDeardorff 博士(2004; 2006)のプロセスモデルを基準（point of reference）として進めてきた。異文化コミュニケーション能力に寄与する要因として多くの要因が抽出されたが、三者に共通する見解としては、異なる文化や価値観への尊重、寛容さ、違いを受容する心、柔軟さ、自文化・異文化の深い理解、深い自己認識、適切且つ効果的なコミュニケーションができる能力など、これまで提唱されてきた要因と概ね類似している事がわかった。本研究により新しく見出された特色ある主な結果は次の通りである。１）学生の見解としては、新しい経験から学び取ろうとする意欲と姿勢、積極的なコミュニケーション、諦めない粘り強さ、自分の意見を持ちしっかり主張する事、すべての人類が平等であるという深い認識、等が抽出されてきた。２）教員の見解は概ね Deardorff博士(2006)、Byram (1997; 2021) 等学者達の見解と一致していた。３）実社会の人達の視点としては、異文化の人達とコミュニケ－ションをとりながら仕事を進めるにあたり、論理的思考や交渉力、積極的に主張する事、総合的な人間力の重要性等が抽出されてきた。これらの結果を統合しモデルを提示する。

The conceptual framework for the development of cultural diversity has been developed by European scholars (Byram, 1997; 2021; Deardorff, 2006). For teachers, university students, and people in society, there are multiple perspectives. This study aims at integrating the perspectives of university teachers, university students, and social and cultural people into the educational system. This study analyzes the relationship between cultural diversity and cultural diversity, and proposes a framework for the development of cultural diversity. Dr. Deardorff (2004; 2006) points out that cultural diversity and cultural diversity are important factors in the development of cultural diversity.
